Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Sizing kits ship the same or next business day so you can find your fit before your ring is made. Rings are assembled to order and ship once your confirmed size is on file.

Standard shipping is free on all orders within the contiguous United States.

• Standard (3–5 business days) — Free
• Expedited (2 business days) — $12
• Overnight (next business day) — $25

Rates and delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

We ship to most countries. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also view order status anytime from the confirmation link in your receipt. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, reach out to our team at customer service and we'll help track it down or send a replacement.
